Physical Therapy in Gardner, KS

Stop Managing Pain. Start Training Again.

You train hard and expect to stay in the game. When pain starts limiting your lifting, running, or sport, Ready Physio helps you find the root cause and reload.

What Happens When You Keep Waiting It Out

Pain Starts Running the Schedule

When you keep pushing through, small issues compound. What started as a nagging ache starts deciding which workouts you can do — and which ones you skip.

Generic Rehab Leaves Gaps

Cookie-cutter programs treat the symptom, not the source. Without addressing the root cause, flare-ups keep coming back every time you push training intensity.

"Almost Better" Isn't Better

Getting to 80% and stalling out is frustrating — and risky. Training on a body that isn't fully reloaded is how one injury turns into the next.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Real results from athletes and active adults in the Gardner area.

Micah is really good at what he does. Even though I could only really visit 4 times in two weeks since I'll go back to college, we got a lot of work done and he was very helpful with planning future exercises for me to do on my own to stay fit and fix my Tendonitis.
Nicholas Beaty
Dr. Swank is the best! I finally got the right care at Ready physio to take care of my back pain.
Matthew Chan
Micah has provided excellent care and follow-up for my injuries. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and help diagnose what was causing them and the best plan to help me not just treat the injury, but prevent it from coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about physical therapy at Ready Physio? Here's what people ask most.

Do you take insurance?

Ready Physio is a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. We accept payment in full, installment plans, and HSA/FSA. We also provide superbills so you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement on your own.

Is cash-based PT worth it if I can go in-network somewhere?

That depends on what you need. In-network PT often means shorter sessions, shared spaces, and less time one-on-one with your provider. At Ready Physio, every session is one-on-one with Micah, focused entirely on your goals — which tends to mean fewer sessions needed to get where you want to go.

Do I need to start with an evaluation, or can I just come in for dry needling?

We start every new client with a comprehensive full-body evaluation. That evaluation is what tells us whether dry needling makes sense as part of your plan — and how to use it effectively alongside other approaches.

What kinds of pain or issues do you typically see?

We work with active adults and athletes dealing with pain that limits training, lifting, running, or sport. Common patterns we see include back, shoulder, and knee pain, as well as running-related issues. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, start with a discovery call.

How long does physical therapy take?

It depends on what's going on and what your goals are. We build a structured plan of care after your evaluation so you know what to expect. Most clients want to get back to training as efficiently as possible — and that's exactly how we approach the plan.
