Performance Physical Therapy in Gardner, KS — About Ready Physio
Built for Athletes Who Refuse to Stay Sidelined
Ready Physio is a cash-based, one-on-one physical therapy practice near Gardner, KS built for athletes and active adults who want to get back to training, not just "good enough."

This Is Why Ready Physio Exists
Too many active people get stuck in a rehab cycle that gets them to "mostly better" and then leaves them there. Ready Physio was built for the athletes and active adults who want more than symptom relief. We work one-on-one to find the root cause of what's limiting you, build a clear plan around your training and performance goals, and make sure your body is actually reloaded and ready for the demands of sport and lifting, not just cleared to go. Whether you're a high school athlete trying to stay on the field or an active adult who refuses to let pain dictate your training, this is the kind of care that was built for you.
One-on-One. Root Cause. Performance Ready.
Everything we do is built around helping you train, move, and compete with confidence, not just getting you out of pain.
You Get the Full Hour
Every session is one-on-one with your provider, no aides, no handoffs, no shared time.
We Find What's Actually Wrong
We dig into the root cause of your pain so you stop chasing symptoms and start making real progress.
We Get You Performance-Ready
Our goal isn't just to reduce pain, it's to reload your body so you can return to training and sport at full capacity.
